Epilepsy is more common than most of us realize. Epilepsy affects about 2,500,000 people in the United States or about 1 in every 100 Americans. The Epilepsy Association of Western New York, Inc. (EAWNY) is a nonprofit organization offering professional services to individuals with Epilepsy and/or seizure disorders, their families, and significant others.
